Pastor Dr. David M. Thomas

Dr. David M. Thomas is the Pastor and founder of The Heir Church, formerly Joint Heirs Christian Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The ministry was founded in 1984

 

Pastor has also been in ministry since 1984. A graduate of Living Word Bible Training Center, Dr. Thomas has labored as an anointed teacher in the body of Christ and  has produced many competent ministerial leaders and staff over a protracted period of time.

He is also the founder of The Bridge of Faith missionary organization, which works primarily with and through pastors in the continent of Africa. The areas of South Africa, Central Africa and West Africa have been the primary focus of the mission's efforts.

Dr. Thomas is a graduate of the Texas Southern University School of Business in Houston, Texas, Where he also was a standout football player. He went on to play professionally for the Memphis Southmen, Washington Redskins and the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League.

Dr. Thomas is the father of four adult children; all are college graduates. Dr. David and wife Lady Cynthia reside in Jacksonville, Florida.
